8 km from Buis-les-Baronnies An old village which looks out over the gorges of the River Ouvèze. A small village set by the side of a comfortable and fertile small plateau. There are traces of humankind being present in Vercoiran dating back to prehistoric times, the Neolithic era. Numerous fragments of pseudo-Ionian ceramics have been dug up here. |
